3. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules may vary depending on the selected tour package.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change due to government taxes, fuel price fluctuations, or changes imposed by third-party service providers.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
- Processing of approved refunds may take 7–15 business days.
- Certain promotional offers and special packages may be non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents
Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid identification documents, visas, passports, permits, and any other documents required for their journey. Incredible Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documentation.
6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or tour arrangements due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:

- Respect cultural and religious customs.
- Maintain appropriate behavior during the tour.
- Take responsibility for their personal belongings.
Any damages caused by a customer will be their sole responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
Incredible Destinations acts only as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise operators, and guides. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, natural disasters, political disturbances, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Health & Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. Any existing medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Incredible Destinations unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
